Tuning - Check-In/Check-Out
—
—
What do you need for the next Week(s)?
This check-out/check-in allows participants to customize their vehicle for the next few weeks according to their current needs.
Why should we do this?
As a check-in, it opens up discussions and conversations as team members' needs become visible. It creates transparency and provides the basis for conversations.
As a check-out, it can be an indicator of the extent to which the team is on the same page and whether something has been overlooked.
